CRABBIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. jar Old English cheese spread
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. crabmeat
6 or 8 English muffins, split

Blend together butter, cheese spread, garlic salt and salt. Stir in crabmeat which has been flaked or pulled apart. Cut muffins with knife to leave smooth surface, and spread the crabmeat mixture. (These can be frozen.)

When ready to serve, cut each muffin half into 8 wedges. Broil about 5 minutes and serve hot. (Watch carefully.) They can also be left uncut and broiled for a lunch.
