FRUIT PIZZA | |
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury's Best Sugar Cookie Dough 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (the softer kind is the best to use) 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 to 3 bananas 3 to 4 kiwi 1 lb. strawberries 1/2 pt. blueberries Your choice of one of the following: 1/2 c. peach preserves 1/2 c. orange marmalade 1/2 c. apricot marmalade 2 tbsp. water Freeze dough for one hour. Line a 14 inch pizza pan with foil. Slice dough 1/8 inch thick and line pan; overlap slices but don't flatten into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until browned. Cool completely. Invert crust onto another pan, remove foil, put on serving plate (I put it back on the same pizza pan). Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended. Spread on crust, arrange fruit. Put preserves and water in bowl and stir to glaze-like consistency. Pour over fruit; chill. |
