2 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 (29 oz.) cans fruit cocktail or canned pie filling
3/4 stick butter

Pour fruit into Dutch oven. Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit. Dot butter on top of cake mix. Cook until topping is lightly brown. Serves 24.
