SHRIMP SCAMPI 
2 1/2 lb. lg. fresh shrimp
1 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Hot cooked rice

Place shrimp in single layer in 10 x 15 inch pan. Combine next 8 ingredients. Pour over shrimp. Bake 5 minutes in 450 degree oven. Broil shrimp 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until done. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 6.
