BAKED CHICKEN SOUFFLE 
4 c. cooked, boned chicken
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 c. chicken broth
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt to taste

Mix together and place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. One can of cream of mushroom soup may be used for topping or creamed chicken broth.
