1 c. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit mix

Combine cheeses and spread in greased 10 inch pie pan. Beat eggs, milk, and biscuit mix until smooth. Pour over cheeses. Bake at 400 degrees for over 40 minutes or until golden brown.
