MEXICAN PORK IN SKILLET | |
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. pork loin, cut in slices 1 clove garlic, lightly mashed 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3/4 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. sugar Chopped parsley Salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp. oil Saute pork in garlic and oil until lightly browned. Discard garlic. Add juices, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until pork is tender. Season with salt and pepper and top with chopped parsley. |
