DIVINE SALAD | |
1 pkg. lime Jello 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 4 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 lb. cottage cheese, sm. curd 4 tbsp. Miracle Whip 1 pt. whipping cream (4 c. whipped) 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in sugar, salt and juice from pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Thoroughly combine cottage cheese, Miracle Whip, whipping cream, chopped pecans and drained pineapple. Blend with Jello mixture. Chill until well set. Make in 7 1/2 x 11 3/4 inch pan. Serves 15. |
