DUCK BREASTS WITH SAUCE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (add 1/2 of liquid in can) 1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. sherry Dip 12 duck breasts in saltine cracker crumbs and brown lightly in oil. Sprinkle with paprika and place in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 3/4 or 2 hours. |
