ROTEL TOMATOES 
1 gal. chopped tomatoes
8 chopped Jalapeno peppers
3 chopped sweet peppers
2 chopped med. onions
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients all together. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Fill jars, process in hot water for 10 minutes. Makes 9 pints.
