VENISON SAUSAGE 
3 lb. venison
1 lb. smoked ham
1/2 lb. bacon
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne

Cut meat in pieces and after mixing with other ingredients, put through meat grinder. Form into patties. Pan fry or broil. Patties can be wrapped uncooked in tin foil and frozen for later use.
