CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 sticks Butter
4 tbsp. Cocoa
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla

In a bowl, combine sugar and flour. In saucepan, mix butter, cocoa, water and bring to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured jelly pan.

Bake 350°F for 20 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick Butter
2 tbsp. Cocoa
6 tbsp. Milk
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Pecans or Coconut

Mix butter, cocoa, milk and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and pour over cake while both are hot.
