FRESH PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/4 c. milk

Mix together and pour in baked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
