STUFFED POTATOES 
6 raw potatoes
1/4 c. bacon bits
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake 1 hour, piercing potatoes lightly. When tender, remove from oven and let cool. (Just enough to handle). Leaving foil on put a slit in potato and dig all the meat out of the potato and put in a bowl. Add all ingredients to the potato meat. Return mixture in each potato skin, heaping some out the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour more. Serve hot. Yum!
