RAISIN-SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 cooked pie crust
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk or Half and half
8 oz. sour cream
4 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/2-1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins (plumped in brandy)

Mix yolks with milk and sugar, heat until thickened, blend in sour cream and raisins. Pour into pie crust and top with whip cream.
