SOUR CREAM RAISINS PIE 
1 pie crust, unbaked
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream, whipped
1 c. raisins, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and sugar until lightly. Fold in sour cream. Add raisins, juice and spices. Pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
