CHRISTMAS CHICKEN DINNER 
Plan on 2 pieces of chicken per person. Use boned chicken breasts (if big pieces; cut in half). Wrap each piece with bacon. Don't use the whole strip of bacon and don't overlap the bacon over the chicken, as it will create too much grease. Do wrap the bacon tight around the chicken. Get the dried chipped beef in the bottle and cut it real small. In your casserole dish (don't grease), layer the chipped beef on the bottom, then the chicken, the another layer of chipped beef, and then add the mixture of equal layers of mushroom soup and sour cream (if you use one can of mushroom soup, use one can of sour cream). Cook 3 hours at 300 degrees. If it browns too fast, put tin foil on top of it. Depending on the oven, you may not need to cook it 3 hours. You don't want to dry it out! Happy cooking!
