SAUCEPAN BROWNIES | |
2 sticks butter 1/2 c. cocoa 1 c. plain flour 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 1 c. nuts Melt butter over low heat. Remove from stove and add the cocoa, flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Mix in eggs, beating one at a time. Add nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Cool, then frost. Frosting: 3 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 box powdered sugar 3 tbsp. milk Mix until smooth. |
