1/2 lb. jumbo or ham
1/2 lb. American cheese
2 tbsp. relish
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 dozen buns
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (sm.)
Foil squares to wrap sandwiches, individually

Chop all jumbo and cheese into small pieces. Mix together with relish, mustard, mayonnaise and eggs. Place mixture equally on 12 buns. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Wrap sandwiches in foil squares before baking. Wrap each sandwich in its own foil square. Can be frozen to be used at a later time.
