PARTY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, halved, skinned & boned
8 slices bacon
1 pkg. chipped beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon. Place in greased pan lined with chipped beef. Mix sour cream and soup then pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate. Bake, covered at 275 degrees for 2 hours, then uncovered 1 hour. Serve over UNCLE BEN'S® mixed long grain and wild rice.
