BUTTERSCOTCH SCOTCHIES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in bowl; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Beat until mixture is fluffy. Add flour mixture, at little at a time. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
