1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes chocolate instant pudding (or any flavor)
3 1/4 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
20 oz. Oreo cookies (3/4 pkg.)

Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar in mixer. Mix in dry pudding mix and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Crush whole Oreos in blender or food processor. Take a plastic flower pot 8 1/2 inch diameter and 7 inch deep. Cover holes with aluminum foil. Save 1 1/2 cup of Oreos for top soil. Put 1 1/2 inch of filling at bottom of pot. Cover with cookie dirt. Layer until full ending with dirt. Put in silk flowers with greens and garnish with gummy worms.
