2 (2 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
3 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Finely crush Oreos; set aside. Combine all ingredients in a separate bowl. Start with cream cheese and butter, then mix pudding mixes, sugar and Cool Whip (fold in the Cool Whip). Use electric mixer for all other ingredients.

Layer cookies, then filling, making several layers in a large, clean plastic planter. Put thick layer of cookies on top. To decorate stick in a bunch of silk flowers and dish it out with a trowel. A big hit at cookouts, fools almost everyone!
