TUNA VEGETABLE BISQUE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of potato soup
2 soup cans milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 can tuna, drained and flakes
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. hot sauce if desired

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally.
