CREME DE MENTHE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (plain)
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/4 c. creme de menthe
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. chopped walnuts
8 oz. chopped cherries

Combine all ingredients in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve plain or frost with 1 package pistachio pudding mixed with 1 carton whipping cream.
