GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. canned pineapple juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. canned pineapple, drained
1 c. grated raw carrots

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Chill. When slightly thickened, add pineapple and carrots. Turn into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Garnish with mayonnaise. 8 servings.
