SWISS STEAK 
2 or 3 lbs. Swiss steak
Flour
butter
Onion
1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Cut steak into serving size. Pound in flour on both sides. Salt and pepper. Brown in butter in skillet. Place in large casserole. Cover with sliced onion. Mix soup with 2 cans hot water. Pour over meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
