TARTS 
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. all-purpose flour

FILLING:

2 c. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1 egg

TOPPING:

Sm. carton sour cream
Sm. jar cherry preserves

Mix crust ingredients. Let set in refrigerator for 4 hours. Press crust into small tart pans. Mix together filling ingredients until creamy. Fill tart crust with filling. Bake tarts at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with a dab of sour cream and dab of cherry preserves.
