HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut into pieces
Dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. Russian dressing
1 tbsp. apricot preserves
1 can mushroom soup

Cut one chicken into pieces. Roll in dry onion soup mix. Place in flat casserole. Combine 1/2 cup Russian dressing with 1 tablespoon apricot preserves. Dribble dressing over chicken. Cover with one can of mushroom soup. Cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove cover the last 10 minutes of baking.
