3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 c. pecans, chopped or whole

Mix all ingredients together. Put in ungreased pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes its own crust. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Strawberries or other fruit topping the cream is good too!
