MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (7 oz.) box macaroni
1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 sm. jar mushrooms, chopped

Cook macaroni and drain. Add cheese, mayonnaise, mushroom soup, onions, mushrooms and pimentos. Put in a greased casserole, top with cracker crumbs, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
