PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
50 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cube butter, melted

Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan. 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 of a 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (softened)

Mix above 3 together and pour over crust. Top with Cool Whip and toasted coconut. Refrigerate.
