PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
3 c. cold milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) boxes instant pistachio pudding

Mix flour, butter and nuts. Pat dough in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Blend together 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip from the large container. Mix together and spread over baked crust. Mix 3 cups cold milk with 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
