PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2/3 c. melted butter
2 c. milk
2 sm. pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 qt. vanilla ice cream or ice milk
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 plain Hershey chocolate bar

Mix together Ritz cracker crumbs and melted butter and pat in bottom of 9x13 inch pan.

Mix together 2 cups milk and 2 packages pistachio pudding and beat for 2 minutes at slow speed. Take 1 quart of vanilla ice cream or ice milk and beat it into the pudding mixture. Pour into pan with crust. Put in freezer until mixture has hardened.

Prepare 1 package Dream Whip. Spread over mixture. Top with shredded Hershey chocolate bar. Can keep in refrigerator or freezer.
