ORANGE CHICKEN 
6 chicken thighs or 4 half breasts
Salt
Pepper
1 (8 oz.) can frozen orange juice

Place chicken in baking pan. Season chicken pieces. Place orange juice over chicken (do not dilute). Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. NOTE: You may use a 12 ounce can of orange juice depending on amount of chicken.
