TERRIAKI CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
4 chicken thighs (with bones and skin)
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. cleaned mushrooms
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Heat half of butter and melt. Brown chicken in butter (about 4 minutes each side). Remove to baking dish. Add remaining butter to pan and saute mushrooms.

Pour mushrooms over chicken. Mix into pan drippings the juice and terriaki. Pour over chicken. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes until chicken is tender. Serve over rice or pasta (serves 6).
