"TO DIE FOR" BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Add vanilla. Spread into greased, floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar

Bring butter, milk and cocoa to boil. Take off heat and stir in 1 box confectioners sugar. Add to brownies when they're cool.
