GRAPENUT PUDDING 
Beat 2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg beaters, then add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup Grape Nuts. Beat and mix well, then add 2 cups milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir well; sprinkle top with cinnamon. Set in pan of 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes. I usually mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart Corningware casserole.
