2 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
4 tbsp. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Crush Oreo cookies and set aside. Mix butter, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar, in large mixing bowl. Set aside. Mix Cool Whip, pudding, and milk. Add to cream cheese mixture and mix well. Use a flower pot. Layer cookies, pudding mix, etc. Mix together slightly. Put a few flowers in center to complete your "Dirt Pie".
