HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream, unwhipped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
3/4 Velveeta cheese, broken into pieces

Mix soups, cheese, and onions. Break up potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour soups over all. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
