GRETA'S EASY SPINACH DIP 
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
salt, to taste

Thoroughly drain the spinach, set aside.

Combine sour cream and cream cheese in medium bowl, blend until all lumps are gone and mixture is smooth. Add spinach and mix well. Add salt, to taste.

Note: For best results, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
