B-B-Q SPARE RIBS 
2 lg. onions, sliced
4 lbs. spare ribs, cut in 1 lb. pieces
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. red pepper

1. Line bottom of pan with onion slices and top with spare ribs.

2. Combine all other ingredients and pour over ribs.
