ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
2 c. milk
2 cans asparagus
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Melt 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk, all at once. Cook, stirring until thick. Arrange half the asparagus, all the eggs in 8 x 8 x 2 inch dish. Add half the white sauce. Toss crumbs with butter; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
