CHICKEN FAJITAS 
1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp. lime juice
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp. low fat sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 ripe tomato, thinly sliced

Preheat broil; place chicken in shallow dish and sprinkle with lime juice, salt and pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.

In small bowl blend yogurt, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeno and cumin. Season with salt and set aside.

Place chicken and onions on a lightly oiled baking sheet and broil 3 minutes, turn and stir. Broil 4 minutes more.

Put tortillas in foil, on rack, under chicken. Cut chicken in thin slices, fill, wrap and eat.
