AUNT KATE'S CHOC - O - BAR CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water

Bring butter, shortening, cocoa and water to boil. Pour over flour, sugar and cinnamon. Beat with electric mixer. Add eggs, milk, soda and vanilla; beat again. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes in a 17 x 11 inch pan that's been greased and floured.

Can substitute 15 x 10 1/2 inch pan.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
