CHICKEN ADOBO 
1 whole chicken, cut up
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
2 pinches pickling spices

Put the cut up chicken either in a crock pot or a big pot. Add vinegar and 1/2 cup water. Boil until chicken looks done. Add tomato sauce, water and pickling spice and boil all that delicious flavor into the chicken; salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice. This dish is mouth watering good!
