CORN PUDDING 
1 can corn
1 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
4 tbsp. cracker meal
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well together and pour into a well buttered baking dish. Cover the top with small round oyster crackers and dot with butter. Bake in a moderate oven from 30-45 minutes.
