COOL LIME PIE 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello vanilla flavor
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello lime gelatin
2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar (opt.)
1 1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
2 tbsp. lime juice
3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1 prepared 9 inch chocolate crumb crust

Combine pie filling mix, sugar, gelatin and water in pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Add rind and juice. Pour into bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Chill until cold and slightly thickened. Fold in 2 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze 1 hour or chill in refrigerator for 3 hours.
