MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 250°F. Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop onto 2 greased cookie sheets by teaspoonful. Put in oven. Turn OFF heat and forget about them for 8 hours.
