3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. marshmallow creme
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate or peanut butter chips
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Cream sugar, milk and butter in glass bowl. Cook 9 minutes on high. Remove and stir in chips, vanilla and marshmallow creme. Pour into buttered pan.
